CTI was initially established to provide jobs and economic opportunities to inner city residents regardless of their skill level through CTI’s unique training program while providing outstanding service to their clients. CTI focused substantial time and resources in training and developing employees and in turn were able to gain a competitive edge and build market share.
Due to extensive growth CTI had to enhance its strategy to better serve the needs of their clients. CTI readjusted their training program to focus more on customer service, sales negotiation, and improving client relationships in order to directly compete with other large collection agencies.
In 2005, CTI formed an exciting relationship with Discover Card Financial Services. This relationship allowed CTI to further the development of their training program.
